Home CCTV Installation in Lincolnshire
Planned around your home, explained clearly, and installed properly, so you can feel confident everything’s covered.

Bespoke CCTV Designed For Your Lincolnshire Home
You work hard for your home; the memories in it, the car on the drive, and the people and pets you’d do anything for. But if you’ve ever gone to bed thinking, “Did I lock up properly?” or left for work with that little “what if?” in the back of your mind, you’re not alone.
A well-planned CCTV system helps to settle those concerns. We take time to understand your property, highlight risk areas, and design coverage around what matters most, with options like mobile alerts and monitored response. We can install it as a standalone system, or fitted alongside a burglar alarm and/or access control for joined-up protection.

What Our Clients Say
A CCTV System Built Around You
Every home is different, and so is what makes you feel safe. We’ve installed CCTV in all sorts of Lincolnshire properties, from terraced houses near the city centre to stone cottages in the Wolds. Wherever you live, we’ll help you choose the right coverage for your home, routine, and budget, whether you’re on a busy street or tucked away in a quiet village.
Mobile Alerts
Mobile phone alerts give you instant reassurance. If a camera spots movement, you’ll get a notification straight to your phone, so you can check the live view in seconds, whether you’re at work, out for the evening, or away on holiday.
Keyholder Calls
Keyholder calls add a human response when something doesn’t look right. If there’s suspected activity, our monitoring team can contact your chosen keyholder straight away. A reassuring option if you travel or work shifts.
Police Intervention
Police intervention is the highest level of response. If you choose this option, we can design your system to meet the requirements for monitored police response, so incidents are handled quickly and professionally.
CCTV Servicing & Maintenance
Regular servicing keeps your CCTV running smoothly, with clear footage, reliable alerts, and everything set up the way you want it.
Our standard annual servicing is ideal for most homes, while 6-monthly visits are available on request if you have a busy entrance or live in an exposed location like the coast. If you prefer fewer visits, a 24-month plan is also available.
And if you choose SSAIB (Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board) certification, maintenance and servicing can be included as part of that package, helping you stay compliant and confident, year after year.

SSAIB Certification
If you want extra reassurance, consider SSAIB certification. It means your CCTV installation is inspected against an independent, recognised benchmark.
If you go ahead, we’ll plan and install your system in line with the relevant British Standards, then provide the test results and paperwork to show it’s been done correctly.
It can also be useful for insurance, as some providers may offer better premiums or ask for proof of a certified install.

Frequently Asked Questions About Domestic CCTV
You may have a few questions before installing CCTV in your home, so we’ve answered the ones we’re asked most often below.
Are your CCTV systems easy to use?
Yes. We’ll keep it simple, show you how it works, and make sure everyone who needs access knows how everything works.
Is a professional installation better than a DIY kit?
If you want true peace of mind, usually yes. A professional install means the right camera positions, fewer blind spots, tidy cabling, and settings that actually suit your home, not a generic “best guess” setup.
What kind of after-sales support do you offer?
We don’t disappear after installation. We’re always on hand to answer your questions. we also offer maintenance and servicing plans (annual as standard, with 6-monthly or 24-monthly options on request), plus help if you ever need settings adjusted or want to expand your system later.
How long does footage get stored for?
It depends on the system you choose and how much you want covered. Storage time is affected by camera quality, how many cameras you have, and whether recording is continuous or motion-based. We’ll talk it through and size it to your needs.
Can I view my cameras on my phone when I’m away?
You can. With the right setup, you’ll be able to check live footage and recordings from your phone, whether you’re at work, out for the evening, or on holiday.
Will I be bombarded with alerts every time a car goes past?
No, not if it’s set up properly. We can tailor motion detection and notification settings so you get the alerts you want, without your phone buzzing for every passing car, wind-blown tree, or neighbourhood cat.
Will it work at night and in bad weather?
Yes. We’ll recommend cameras that are built for outdoor use and clear night-time viewing, then position them so they’re not fighting glare from streetlights or headlights.
What’s SSAIB certification, and do I need it?
SSAIB (Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board) certification is an extra level of assurance that your system meets recognised standards. You don’t always need it, but it can help with insurance, sometimes lowering premiums, and in some cases making cover possible because it shows your system conforms to British Standards.
Can you add a doorbell camera or gate entry as part of the install?
Absolutely. If you want everything working together, we can include a video doorbell and gate/door entry options as part of your package and install.
Can I combine CCTV with a burglar alarm to save time and cost?
You can. Combining CCTV and an alarm often means one survey, one install, and one joined-up plan. It can be more cost-effective than doing them separately later.
How quickly can you install once I’ve approved the quote?
As soon as we can. We’ll always agree a date that works for you. Once you’re happy with the plan and the quote, we’ll book your installation in and keep you updated.
Will my CCTV comply with data protection and privacy laws?
Yes. We’ll aim cameras at your entrances, drive and garden, and avoid capturing more than you need outside your boundary. If any cameras do pick up public areas (like the pavement or a neighbour’s space), UK data protection rules can apply. This means having a clear reason, using clear signage, keeping footage secure, and handling any access requests properly. We’ll talk you through what’s sensible for your home and how to stay privacy-friendly.
Still Have Questions?
Send us a quick message and tell us what you’d like to protect. We’ll answer your questions, talk you through the options, and help you choose the right CCTV setup for your home.
