Home Access Control in Lincolnshire
Designed around how you come and go, fitted neatly, and simple to use, giving you secure access when you’re in or out.

Bespoke Access Control For Your Lincolnshire Home
When someone knocks, rings, or pulls up at the gate, you make quick decisions: “Do I answer?” “Should I let them in?” “Is it a delivery, a neighbour, or someone I don’t recognise?”
Home access control puts you back in charge of who comes and goes. We install video doorbells, intercoms, and automated gates or door entry systems so you can see who’s there and choose how to respond. It works brilliantly as a standalone upgrade, or we can fit it alongside a burglar alarm and/or CCTV for joined-up protection.

What Our Clients Say
Types of Access Control
Access control that suits your home. From a simple front-door upgrade to fully secured setup for gates and shared entrances.

Video Doorbells
Video doorbells let you see who’s at the door before you open it, even when you’re not home. You’ll get an alert to your phone when someone rings so you can check in and decide what to do next.

Automatic Entry
Automatic gate and door access allows you to open gates and doors with a fob, keypad, phone app or intercom, depending on what suits your home. Ideal for driveways and shared entrances.

Intercom Systems
An intercom makes it easy to speak to visitors before you let them in. Whether it’s fitted at a gate, front door, or shared entrance, you can answer from inside the house.
Access Control Built Around You
Every home is different, and so is what makes you feel safe. We’ve installed many types of access control systems in all sorts of properties in Lincolnshire. From video doorbells on terraced houses near the city centre to fully automated gates and entrances farm houses in the Wolds. Wherever you live, we’ll help you choose the right access control for your home, routine, and budget.
Mobile Alerts
If someone rings the doorbell, uses the entry panel, or there’s unexpected activity, you’ll get an alert on your mobile so you can see what’s happening and respond fast, whether you’re at work, out for the evening, or away on holiday.
Keyholder Calls
Keyholder calls mean you’ve got backup when you need it. If something doesn’t look right, like repeated attempts or trigger, our monitoring team can contact your nominated keyholder immediately.
Police Intervention
Police response is the highest level of support. If you choose it, we can specify and install your system to meet the requirements for monitored police attendance, so confirmed incidents can be escalated quickly and dealt with professionally.
Servicing & Maintenance
Regular servicing keeps your access control working properly, with smooth operation, consistent notifications, and settings that still match how you use your home.
For most households, annual servicing is ideal. If your entrance gets a lot of daily use, or you’re in a more exposed spot (like the coast), we can also arrange 6-monthly checks on request. If you prefer a longer gap between visits, a 24-month option is also available.
And if you choose SSAIB (Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board) certification, servicing and ongoing maintenance can be included within that package. This helps you stay compliant and feel reassured, year after year.

SSAIB Certification
SSAIB certification is an extra layer of reassurance if you want your access control installed to a recognised standard that’s checked independently.
If you opt in, we’ll specify and fit your system in line with the relevant British Standards, then complete the required testing and provide the supporting paperwork. This gives you clear evidence it’s been installed correctly. It can also help with insurance: some providers look for certified systems or may offer better terms when you can show proof of a compliant installation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Before choosing an access control system for your home, it’s normal to have a few questions, so we’ve pulled together the questions we hear most and answered them below.
Can I set different access for different people (kids, cleaners, dog walker)?
Yes. Many access control systems let you create separate codes, fobs or app permissions for different people. You can also change or remove access later if needed.
Can multiple family members use it (phones, fobs, codes)?
Yes. You can usually set up multiple users so everyone in the household can use their preferred method, like an app on their phone, a fob, or their own code.
Will it work at night / in bad weather?
Yes, it’s designed for real life. Outdoor units are built to handle the weather, and most video options include night vision or low-light support so you can still see who’s there after dark.
Can I answer calls and open the door/gate from my phone?
In most cases, yes. With app-enabled systems you can receive the call, see who’s there (if video is included), and release the door or gate remotely, handy for deliveries and visitors.
Do I need a subscription for app features or recordings?
Sometimes. Basic calling and live viewing often work without a subscription, but cloud recording or extended video storage may require a monthly plan (this depends on the brand and setup). We’ll explain what’s included before you choose.
How long does installation take?
Many home installs are done in a few hours to a day. Larger systems (like automated gates plus intercoms) can take longer. We’ll give you a clear timescale after the survey.
What’s SSAIB certification, and do I need it?
SSAIB (Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board) certification is an extra level of assurance that your system meets recognised standards. You don’t always need it, but it can help with insurance, sometimes lowering premiums, and in some cases making cover possible because it shows your system conforms to British Standards.
Will you need to drill or run cables?
Usually, yes. But we keep it neat and minimal. Wireless options reduce cabling, while gates and fixed entry panels often need some wiring for power and reliability. We’ll talk you through the cleanest route first.
Can you install it on existing gates/doors?
Often, yes. We can usually upgrade existing gates or doors with automation or controlled entry, as long as the structure and condition are suitable. We’ll check this during the survey.
Can you fit it on shared entrances or blocks of flats?
Yes, shared entrances are a common reason people choose access control. We can recommend a setup that suits multiple households, visitor calling, and controlled entry.
What happens if something stops working?
You can get in touch and we’ll help you troubleshoot quickly. If it needs fixing, we’ll arrange a repair visit and get things back up and running as soon as possible.
Do you offer call-outs and ongoing support?
Yes. We can provide call-outs, repairs, and maintenance, and we’ll explain your support options at the point of installation so you know exactly what help looks like if you ever need it.
